Shipping policy
All handmade items will be shipped in 3-5 days once the order has been processed unless it is a custom order then each item will have the delivery details in the product description. Busy times of the year, delivery will vary and may be significantly longer.
UK Shipping

Once your item as been dispatched / collected the shipping time aim is 48 hours for Royal mail tracking.
We ship using Royal mail UK 48 hour Tracking, Tracking number will be sent to the customer once the items/s have been dispatched. Shipping calculated at checkout.

Due to the nature of each item, and the majority of items, being made to order the processing-times will vary, and will be listed in the item description for each item.
Royal Mail 48 hour Tracking. Flat rate postage for the UK (including packaging) for weight up to 2kg. Weight between, 2 - 5kg will be charged at a higher rate this will be, calculated at the check out.
48 Hour Royal Mail tracked delivery. TRACKING number will be provided once the order is processed. Postage for wholesale or bulk-items will be calculated Separately, using an appropriate service provider.
Missing or Delays parcel
In the event your parcel is missing or delayed we ask for a grace period of 7 full business days after your delivery date. Please see the Royal mail website, as per there guidelines below -

If the item hasn't been delivered by the due date plus 7 working days the sender might be able to claim for compensation. Check eligibility on our claims centre. (Please note, early claims cannot be processed).
If you're the recipient please contact the sender. They will contact us to make enquiries on your behalf.
In the case were you cannot wait and we have an item available to ship out again we may do so, on the grounds that if the original item shows up, you will have to pay for the return postage using the original shipping method.

Once your item as been dispatched / collected the shipping time aim is between 14 to 21 days depending on what shipping is selected. for Royal mail tracking / other providers.
We are happy to now provide our goods for delivery to the United states and 27 EU countries.
Shipping overseas does incur a fee more than what you may be used to when shipping within your own country, so we thank you in advance for choosing to purchase our products and having trust that we can deliver a good service from start to finish.
Please be advised depending on the country you reside at, you may incur additional fees, duties and import taxes before you can receive your item.
